We are seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians (PMT) for our Greater Pittsburgh crew.
As the Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT), you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across our region.
This is a seasonal position, that begins mid-March and continues through December with the opportunity of winter work. Working hours are 32-40 hours per week with some weekends and overtime. We also have opportunities to work on prevailing wage projects. Overnight positions are available Monday through Saturday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more
● Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
● Communicate job status daily with the VP of Field Operations
● Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
● Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING
● A Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
● You areself-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
● You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
● Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
● Ability to work well independently unsupervised and outdoors most of the time
● Experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
● A Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
● You areself-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
